Simple- quick - low in calories- and basically eating dessert for breakfast.
I am a massive fan of eating pancakes for breakfast - they tick a lot of boxes nutritionally AND more importantly taste of dreams…..
dash of oil to great the pan (I use coconut- but whatever you fancy)
tsp mixed milled nuts/seeds
(optional protein powder)
Place the oil onto the heat and melt
Mash the eggs into the banana.
Add the cinnamon and milled nuts and seeds and mix (don’t worry if its too lumpy- nice gooey bits of banana taste dreamy)
IF you want extra protein add in some protein powder -be warned this will change the consistency into a thicker mixture when cooked.
Add to the pan and cook until brown underneath- IF you can flip over then you can simply continue to cook in the pan - growing the otherwise- IF the mixture is too dense- Throw under the oven for 3-5 mins and ‘bake’.
