I am passionate about helping men and women, people make inclusive food choices and I am a strong believer in ditching diets. This is why I am on a personal mission to share my experiences + thoughts with you about the industry I work and live in. Sometimes good. Sometimes not so. But that's what we need more of --people who are being real-right?
Believe me when I say I have ‘been there and done that’ in the world of fitness. From a high carb endurance runner to a Low carb High Intensity Training (HIT) Addict, I have ‘worn every tee-shirt’, and watched my body shape change in so many ways. I've learnt more about postpartum fitness than ever since I have become a fitter mamma myself and I love sharing my journey and experience with other new mums out there.
I want to share my journey and experience with others and prove to you – that you can ditch diets +fads, throw away the slimming world trackers and work towards becoming a stronger version of you by embracing a new attitude + fitness lifestyle.
During my mission to help share my love of healthful and balanced food choices, I created SuperSlaw, a concept I now live by within all of my nutrition plans. My success with SuperSlaw spiralled into a frenzy when I began to share the simplicity of the approach with others, leading to my new book ! Out Now!
Simple, convenient health based food choices are my passion and I am inspired to share the concept with a wider audience. SuperSlaw contains highly nutritious, convenient recipes for busy people wishing to increase their vegetable intake. I developed the concept when I noticed people struggling with food prep, expense, time and convenience.

I am certified in hardstyle (Russian) SFG kettlebell training and have completed various meditation programmes including 3 months at the Agama Yoga Programme Thailand.
Perhaps one of my craziest challenges yet was the completion of the (unconventional) fitness feat a 3 Mile Bear Crawl across Manchester for the Race For Life Organisation. I was told it couldn’t be done. I proved it could. Every year I set myself a new goal to achieve. This is what keeps me motivated to learn and experience what the body is capable of achieving.
The ethos of the StrongFirst and Strength Matters community inspired me to form the warrior like programming for my KETTLEBELL GROUP and I use this system for training clients. A unique, challenging form of training which works without the need to spend hours in a gym on a treadmill or risking injury through boot-camp drill training.
I have personally experienced both strength gains and huge changes in my body composition through the use of KETTLEBELL and strength training. I am now a firm believer in developing strength of both the body and mind of my client base, and tailoring fitness and food advice around individual lifestyles.
